Qulification

  • Bachelor Degree (in Business management, General management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public administration, Industrial technology and other concern)
  • Able to communicate to suppliers and other site in English. Good command in English (writing, reading and speaking). (Expectation Japanese communication 1 staff)          
  • Communication and good in Service Mind
  • Good skill in negotiation with service supplier
  • Understanding in General Affair Service job
  • Submit document to relative government sections for support General Affair Job
  • Understanding in working Process and System and Improvement
  • Computer literature (Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point), if Excel with Marco function enabler will be advantaged.
  • Planning and Management to concern with the Cost
  • Positive Attitude and Logical thinking that concern to General Affair Service job and Company related.
  • Good relation and Teamwork          

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Comply with all Company Regulations and BCG.
  • Follow Work Standard and QCS (if any)
  • Emergency call to superiors if any trouble happened in the working
  • Get more sensitivity against any abnormal phenomena in quality
  • Participate in activities e.g. KYT, Suggestion and SGA.
  • Follow all kinds of ISO concerned.
  • Follow the safety PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) in each working position.
  • To Provide goods and services to support all concern sections
  • Ensure goods and services all concern with GA job to support concern section
  • Being responsible for working and service which related with General Affair matter for efficiently employee, appropriate labor cost and employee have satisfy to work in company
  • Responsible for General Administration (Support system, All GA system and Complain system).

Work times: Full time 8:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday

Base salary: Oepending on skills and experience
