JOB TITLE: Human Resources & Administration Specialist

Job Description

  • Work closely with the HR Manager to implement the identified recruitment strategy, to build and sustain a high-quality diverse candidate pipeline.
  • Consult with local hiring managers on recruitment and interview process for current and future approved openings.  Collaborate with operations leaders to ensure that selected candidates will best meet operation needs.
  • Conduct post interview debrief meetings to select finalists, make job offers, negotiate with candidates and closes offers.
  • Provide support to ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
  • Inform staff about company policies and guidelines, including compensation, benefits, leaves of absence, terminations, job postings, orientation and training programs, and personnel records and transactions.
  • Support the HR Manager in the monthly payroll process.
  • Track program effectiveness and activities’ performance; conduct research and prepare reports.
  • Coordinates workspace and facilities setup for new joiners, including to obtain computer equipment, phones, stationary and other office supplies.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, business travel, conferences and departmental activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
  • 3 yrs experience as HR generalist and possess with hands-on experience in recruitment, handling payroll and taxation process in multi-unit retailing or F&B chain.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and strong in Excel.
  • Able to work independently and in a changing environment.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
