ລາຍລະອຽດວຽກ:

Starting date:     As soon as possible        

Work location:   Nonghai Village, Hadxayfong district, Vientiane Capital

                                (Moving to the new office in the first week of December 2017)

Position:              Training and development Manager

Reporting to:     HR Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify training and development needs within an organization through regular consultation with other managers and HR departments.
  • Design and deliver training/learning course, workshops and other trainings for sales team and marketing team
  • Develop effective induction programs for sales team and marketing team
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Assist HR Director to manage the delivery of training and development programmes for a managerial position
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through inspection/working in the field (with marketing and sales)
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussion with managers and
  • Assist line managers to solve specific training problems, either on a one to one basic or in groups. 
  • Allocate and management the budget of training and development
  • Evaluate each training and development program and adjust as needed.
  • Bringing in the new methodologies in workplace learning
  • Assist HR director in designing the performance evaluation program

Experience and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or Business Administration related field
  • Minimum 2 years experiences in the related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resource
  • Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
  • Trustworthy, Self-motivation and Teamwork
